We woke up early this morning and hit up Lowe's at 6:45am to get some seeds to plant in our Marquette dirt in the sisters' yard. We chose morning glories because they're Marquette colors. We came back in time for breakfast, and we said our goodbyes to Mal after the meal (she left this morning for North Carolina). After her send off we headed out ourselves. We met Joe as we were walking in; he was charging his generator to help start his car to head out to his VA meeting. ...

... and then we headed on out. We jammed on the way back with Mal (sister in formation) and when we arrived we went straight to reflection so we could watch Twilight, one of Tiffani's favorite movies. We were pooped and so we went straight to ...

I ate with a woman named Robin who absolutely loves politics. She says that's her hobby. Pretty cool ...

... bite and lasted until the next bite. The cheesy corn bake was like eating mac 'n cheese with corn substituted for the noodles. It was extremely good. You couldn’t really taste the corn in it at all. The slaw was mayonnaise-based and just a typical finally shredded slaw. It was average in taste and not too runny. The toast was grilled with the grilled flavor very evident with his crispiness and hint of BBQ taste.

Overall Impression: Best BBQ I've ever ...

... complemented well by the sweet tanginess of the barbecue sauce. The spicy slaw was vinegar-based with just a little kick. Paired very well with the ribs and brisket to give it just a little extra spice at the end. Even the Texas toast had a taste that was unique. They also had a hot barbecue sauce that lacked the sweetness of the regular sauce but instead had a spicy tanginess.

Overall Impression: Best ribs I've had in all my ...
