... too hard to back out. I can run. Well, maybe fast walk. Jewelry retrieved and now we are off..... Again.... We made one stop for gas and were good till lunch. We looked for a sports bar so we could eat and watch the Falcons. I am sooooo excited, cause I just love football. Football, not so much, but I do like sports bars, they are fun so this is good. We passed a construction area that had a sign that read "Do Not Pass Barrels". We would not have even ...

    Charlotte to Greenville

Our flight landed EARLY! in Charlotte at 3:22. We're still flabbergasted that our flight had so few people. We counted only 60 passengers at the baggage pickup area. We're surprised but relieved that it wasn't cancelled. On the downside it took 35 minutes for our baggage to appear in area baggage area after we deplaned. That's longer than our upcoming flight from ...

At the last minute I decided my boots would be worth the extra weight for the cooler cities. I also have a scarf, a sleep ...

Went on to Cherokee and visited the Cherokee Museum. It was very interesting and very sad as many Cherokee were forced to move and many died on the “Trail of Tears”. We drove into Harrah’s Cherokee Casino as I had heard about the water and video display in the foyer. The ...

We left Fort Collins on Saturday afternoon, May 10th and spent the night at the Denver Residence Inn near the airport, because we had an early flight to Bologna, Italy on Sunday morning. Fort Collins and the front range has been in a rainy pattern for most of the past week and it was very windy and chilly when we arrived at the hotel. Tomorrow will be a long day of travel across the Atlantic, so we had an early dinner in our room and went to bed around 9:00 p.m. ...
