      ... food really quite edible and bags arrived unscathed. Can't ask much more than that!

      Arrived at Casa Calma Hotel at 6am. Avery small boutique hotel that is enviromentaly friendly. Easy to spot in the street as the whole hotel is covered with a hanging garden!

      Another gem in our National Parks system, Steamtown tells the story of the role that steam railroading played in the development of our country. The park occupies 40 acres of the Scranton, Pennsylvania railroad yard of the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad, once one of the largest rail yards in the country. At its peak it employed 4000 workers and had bays to service 40 steam locomotives at one time.

      Don Laine Campground was one of the nicest campgrounds we have been in since we left Roseville California. It was in the rolling hills of Pennsylvania just north of Allentown.       We had breakfast at the hotel this morning. I had a waffle slathered in syrup, blueberry yogurt and a hard boiled egg also slathered in syrup to start my day.
