We're packed and ready to get on the road. We head to Saratoga, New York. Our hotel, the Saratoga Downtowner is a funky place. There's a 4 x12 foot pool in the middle of the motel with a greenhouse roof over top. We walked around this quaint town stopping at shops and riding the carousel. At our dinner spot, the Circus Cafe there was popcorn on the table for a snack. Will, Mei and I enjoyed a swim in the funky pool. ...

... were running super late to do that. The bulk of the drive back to PA was all highway and we ended up choosing a toll road unknowingly but we finally made it to pick Jym up about an hour late. Thus ending our leaf peeping journey. ... than what we had planned. We had pulled over at some smaller falls and another car stopped and asked us if we knew where Moss Glen Falls was. We did not. Although the small picnic area we had stopped at was quite lovely. We did find Moss Glen up the road a ways and it was an easy view right off the highway. Next, we are escorted to the “Dungeon” and are told this was simply an earth basement renamed the “Dungeon” in order to appease tourists. This location was used to treat the sick, dying and the likely location of brutal slayings. It is the most haunted.
