    DAY 10 Sunday 5 June
Got the shuttle to airport at 4.36. SF airport is great. All our warm clobber (clothes) are packed in our rucksacks (backpacks) including our macs (rain jackets), trousers (pants), jim-jams (pajamas), knickers (underpants), and ...

... so we opted to fly out of Cork. Google flights is a great tool for doing a high level search, try a few options and see what works best for you.

Once in Edinburgh we will travel by local transit and on foot. Edinburgh is known for their efficient and inexpensive bus service. We will also be taking a 3 day bus trip from Edinburgh to the Scottish Highlands with a tour company called Highland Explorers...I am not typically a fan ...
