We arrived back at Indigo Bluffs on Saturday July 25, after spending three days at Thunder Bay RV Resort outside Alpena MI. It is a really nice RV Park with an golf course, and wouldn't you know it we ran into some people we met at the FMA rally ...

... problem, but needed to order more parts so I got a rental car. Hopefully I will get the car back today. Oh, did I mention that the boat is ready to pick up, but I can't get the boat because I do not have a car to tow it with.

If we get the car back today, we will leave Tuesday to go down to General RV in Wayland to get the motor home fixed on Wednesday and hopefully be back to Indigo that night or Thursday before the holiday rush starts. ...

... and home to an art gallery called the Twisted Fish Gallery in Elk Rapids, Michigan. A quick garden tour turned into a 2 hour visit. The curator was an amazing woman, who walked with me introducing me to local artists and their beautiful work. Metal artists, carvers of driftwood, acrylic, oil, impressionists, jewelers...the list was huge, and the gallery was a great way to spend the morning. moving up the shore to Petoskey, MI, I stopped ...

... to fix the slide for two more weeks. We should pick up the boat this weekend, but it is not warm enough to go boating. The weather has been in the low 70's during the day and the 40's at night which I guess is still better than sitting in Florida with the heat and humidity.
