2 hour flight to Philadelphia + 20 min train ride to center city + 2 hour wait/lunch + 1.5 hour bus ride later... I am at Lehigh University!!! It is a gorgeous campus with a lot of hills and concrete steps. The midday heat rivaled that of Atlanta. I managed to get checked in, shower and nap before going to an all staff dinner! On the back roads of Lancaster, you'll find horse and buggies, where things are simpler, the pace of life is slower and where time has stood still for generations. Markets are found where the local Amish sell their goods as well as antique shops and good food.

We love this area and loved this entire stay. ...

Home Again Home Again

Yes, we have made it back to New Jersey. On the flight to Sao Paulo, I was congratulating myself for a well planned trip. We had 7 internal flights and they were all on time and we had seats on each. We stayed in 6 different hotels and they were all fine (the only one I would change if doing the trip again was the one in Recife since it was so far from the town - but it was right on the beach). There were 3 different itineraries for my kids and we met up ...
