... antiques to see and gingerbread to be had.

Then it was on to the Halifax for our airport departures. Most were headed home, including us. But others were headed on for more travel.

My guess is that most were delayed today. Hurricane Joaquin paralleled the Eastern Seaboard, dumping a lot of rain which delayed flights.

Arrived safely in St Louis. After the drama over the last few days I think I will just chill out here - do some housekeeping (laundry, emails, update the travel blog and edit my first GoPro video). Hence I may not venture in to downtown St Louis - we'll see how I feel later this afternoon.

... bridge was first built in 1865 and only replaced in 1922 by the present Bascule Connecticut bridge design....enjoyed our stop and soon on our way again across another State - Rhode Island ,only 37 miles wide (smallest State in the USA) and into State of Massachusetts.
Finally arriving at our homexchange in Cape Cod for 2 weeks, with our host waiting to meet us.
