Quiet time at camp was until 8 am, but Curtis and I began packing up around 7:30 and hit the road by 8 in search of a caffeine goddess, aka - starbucks. ... mountain ranges with millions of 50ft pine trees with a light covering of snow on the ground. The road wraps it self around the cliff edge and at one point on a ridge with Tahoe on both sides. the KOA was located right off the highway and cost 48.00 which we found pricey. Unfortunately all we heard all night was the traffic and aircraft. The KOA however was very clean and nicely kept. ...
