REST STOP EXERCISE #1 - My brain told me I was hungry (really just mak’in sure Dad stretches those legs.) My brain then told me that Cheez-Its were a “breakfast of champions” choice compared to Dad’s little bite sized bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Hmmm, I’m think’in ...
... conditioning. I was able to pick the bike all loaded up back up by myself. The heaviest thing I've lifted has been 100 lbs. In particular, I've been doing the Simple and Sinister workout by Pavel Tsatsuline. This regime was excellent prep for having the core strength to be on the bike for 8-10 hours a day for days on end. Not to mention the agility, legs, etc to scramble around on the Tablelands.
