After an hour in St Helena where a lovely guy tried everything he could to find the mysterious battery problem (with the help of a local fireman too!) it still was not working so Cruise America sent us onward to Napa - Adventure RV's, where the lovely people there solved ...

Next stop Calistoga for a late lunch at the Hydro Grill. Finding good restaurants is always a goal and this place had good burgers and beer, Mike's beverage of choice. Calistoga is a quaint town, but beware the curbs. One of them jumped up and attacked Patty, causing her to fall! Fortunately she was not seriously hurt and this did not interfere with her wine tasting forays.

... cross that off the bucket list! We stop for some photo ops (you have to stop!) and then drive on.

We make great time to Napa and we are finally pulling into the parking lot of the Discovery Inn. Thank god, because my ribs are really hurting and I need to take some pain killers!

This region is amazing! if you have never been to Napa and the wine country... you have to go! Jim and I both agree ...
