Long day of driving - 442 miles, about 7.5 hours.
We stay at this park usually on our way back home. It's comfortable, easy access, and good hookups. It is connected with a company that brings in live country entertainers throughout the year. We keep hoping we will be there when something is scheduled but have missed it so far.

We made it through the desert, stopping to admire the scenery frequently. We didn't stop anywhere that day for more than 10 minutes as we had a twelve hour journey and had left Vegas a bit later than expected. Woke up this morning to 22 degrees and clear. Yesterday it snowed on and off all day although it never did stick to the ground. Now we have officially reached the coldest weather we will probably see on our trip. Love our down comforters.
Today we drove to Bowling Green, Kentucky where we will be for three nights.
