... NY at The Villages of Turning Stone RV Park - it's on the Oneida Indian Nation reservation --- looks just like Foxwoods. It's a beautiful campground --- not many people here and nice & quiet. We learned a good lesson today --- always check the pwer/services at the site before lowering the levelers and opening the slides ---- we found that the power was activated at the site and had to move to a different site. While in Connecticut, we drove down to meet Lucille (Steve Carr's aunt) and David O (Phyllis's brother) in Madison (on Long island sound) and Deep River, respectively. Both were beautiful small towns, David & KC had invited the family for a BBQ and we ended up playing bocce ball and badminton. It was good to see Chelsea and Tad also.
Back at Shruti's next ...
... by to see us, and surprisingly, brought a cake to remind us of our anniversary. The kids played together, either Wii or basket ball or some other outdoor sport. Since the weather was quite nice, we went to play mini-golf.
All in all, a great visit to see Anuj and Shankar's family.
