I took four opportunities this past week to interact with other students and professors at Wycliffe Hall by attending morning chapel and accepting an invitation to a Master's student event. This evening gathering was a treat, although the very intelligent and scholarly speaker said many very intelligent and scholarly things about ...

... a bite with our drinks because we had not eaten all day. Finally I had a chance to get some fish and chips; Lauren settled for a bowl of chili.

There is no better way to enjoy fried cod and fried potato wedges than to wash it down with some cold beer, so I tired a few different English bitters with my meal. Since Lauren isn't the worlds biggest beer fan, she found a couple of ciders she enjoyed.
