Ted didn't sleep a wink last night due to the very storms, it rained, hailed, sleeted and the wind blew wild, it was so cold that he put on all of his jumpers with the BLUE on on top because it was pouring with rain. Still no such thing as bad weather just the wrong clothing, so he donned his wet weather gear and off he strolled.
Start temperature 3.5c, finish 7.5c, not sure if it's a Brrrrday or a Grrrrrday, still he survived....

Todays section was from Perranuthnoe to Carleen, taking in 5 miles of the splendid South West Coast Path. The length of the walk was 9.4 miles which took us just over 5 hours to complete.
On route we both were alerted to the unmistakable splender of a jay in flight. The SWCP never ceases ...

... close to me, but not divulge to the rest of the World what I did, the girls at work thought they knew what I was capable of, until now.
Finished the walk and established our new camp at Cosawes, the tent went up really quickly, went off for sustinance, currently involved in a Pub Quiz, how did that happen!!! the kids will know..

The Ups and Downs of Cornish Hills
... I was in Land's End ...and I caught wind of the officialness they have set up around a LEJOG attempt that hooked me! They give you a form to fill out on the way and when you make it to John O'Groats ...you get your form signed and if you pay 15 Pounds ...you become a member of the End to End club!! I thought "I am so in!" I'm going to Scotland baby!! This gave me some much needed focus. I must confess that up until then, I've been doddling! Kind of directionless and more ...
