... because you pay first (how do you know how much you'll need?) fuel is $3.35 a gallon. A gallon is just under 4 litres. Stopped at the Galleria on the way home (Fray got more stuff!) and then home by 5.30pm. Snow flakes on the windscreen as we drove home. ... find pretty coffee shops & walk wherever we want but we can't. So we got in the car & went up the road to a Galleria (American for big shopping mall). We found our first Gloria Jeans so got a coffee. I swear I'll be diabetic by the end of this trip. I can't wait to get home & have a proper coffee. We left Dublin on time this morning and flew over the Atlantic Ocean homeward bound. We thought we would connect with our next plane in Charlotte and be home by about 3:45 pm but, alas, the fates weren't with us. Roanoke was fogged in and after two attempts to land, the plane had to be diverted to nearby Lynchburg and we had to finish the long journey by taxi cab!
