    Today started off as a lazy, at home, day and ended with a few delightful surprises. We spent the morning reading and snacking and lounging. Then came our first pleasant surprise.     ... we earned our calories instead of spending them. We joined Mr. Joe Moniot and his AKF class for an hour of training. It was fun to meet and train with other members of the greater Kyuki-do family and experience a different curriculum.
