... looked decidedly hyperactivity material! Toast and tea consumed, we hit the road, up Route 7, back towards Williamstown, then on to Bennington. Laundry was the order of the day and for those of you who have sampled American laundrettes/laundromats they seem to be a haven for n'er-do-wells and down-and-outs. Yes, I can hear your thoughts!! Our first day with no plans, so what do we do? Sleep in of course! We did have to get up eventually, seeing as breakfast finished at 10am (so of course we went down at 9.30am). After breakfast though, we vegged out in our room watching re-runs of anything we could find on TV.
We did eventually get hungry, so decided to go out and have a walk around to see what we could find. We ended up finding ...
