      ... where we found well-indexed marriage records and scanned a number of weddings which took place here in the 1830's. We searched for Henry's will, but to no avail. Happy with our marriage certificates, we headed toward home.

      This was an enlightening genealogical trip! We learned a lot about our ancestors and gathered quite a few gems through our research. Hope to do another such trip ...

We were able to catch exhibitions of traditional Choctaw and Chickasaw dances, both lively and colorful.       Finally, after all those hours of driving, we made it to Philadelphia, Mississippi! The people of the town are running The Neshoba County fair where Ronald Reagan gave his first post-convention speech when he was nominated to run for President of the United States of American.

      ... Where's your bike?" At first I thought, Good Grief, it's been stolen. Then in a nanosecond I realized it was safe ... in our garage, along with the bike carrier. Meanwhile, we were carrying 25 pounds of bike clothing and gear - helmet, tools, even the pedals, for goodness sake. Notice anything missing from the back end of the Roadtrek? I took this photo 20 minutes before Doris asked me where the bike was.

      ... called in at the CVS pharmacy on the way to the greyhound. This woman gave Rob the finger (how rude) because he knocked her brolly on the floor, before he even had the chance to pick it up she gave him some slaver about how he should pick it up as he knocked it over! silly moo!
