Carol and I are touring the upper Lower Peninsula and the UP (Upper Peninsula if you're not a Michigander). We will be camping in our camper at Sleeping Bear Dunes, St. Ignace (overlooking Big Mac), Tahquamenon Falls, Wells State Park and Door County in Wisconsin. I get to see my mom and my uncle tomorrow in Middlebury. A bright spot in the midst of losing my grandma was that my Uncle Ryan (who lives in Aigua, Uruguay with my Aunt Draupadi) flew in for several weeks and will now actually have a chance to see our show. Bittersweet, but it will be really lovely to see him again before heads back home.
