We leave on Sat. to start our long awaited adventure and today the car made it's first road trip up from Caldwell to Creston. Last day is tomorrow still issues to deal with but we are still but with continued help with all my friends we will leave on time. It may not have the air conditioning in but what are windows ...

Modifications include suspension upgrades, power disc brakes, power steering and serious speed equipment additions to untold added engine horsepower (6=8 is the game here, will explain later), Complete new interior with all the comforts as in air condition and Sirrus radio. We just stopped to cut the cheese at Grandpas Cheesebarn in Ashland,OH. Picked up some awesome cheese curds and now are back on the road! It's been raining for the past two hours and looks like we are driving through clouds. Good news is snow is gone and we are seeing grass( even if it's brown...) All is going well and we should be arriving in Dayton,OH in about 3 hours. That's all for now.. -Jumanda ...

... Steps, not far from our Hotel - thanks to Rick Steve's travel maps. The Spanish Steps is named for the Spanish Embassy to the Vatican which has been there for 300 years. The Steps are considered a very romantic place, frequented by such as Keats, Goethe, etc. Then we meandered over to Trevi Fountain. ... was about 2 storeys high. The wheels were as high as me. Had lunch in a park which was surrounded by small houses which looked as though they could have been workers houses.

Went to Toledo again by freeway.The speed limit is 70 mph but not many cars stick to it. The road surface is often concrete with cuts in it which mads an awful sound and tend to make the car wobble.

From Toledo we went onto smaller highway ...
