We used the gym for the first time. Ruth took it easy on the weights while Tom rode one of the bicycles before we swam and enjoyed the spa. * Dubai airport is big. Dubai looks like an area to visit (next trip already being planned).
* Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 Arrivals reminds Trev or Fiji’s Nadi Airport.

First entry! Sorry it's so late
Ok, finally I have gotten around to starting this blog. We're now almost three weeks into the programme and things have just about slowed down enough to let me get you all updated.
