Back to basics part 2
... while the rest of us headed off on our walk. The most amazing thing about this walk was the massive sand blast we passed on the way. Its basically just one big mass of sand and was pretty cool. We got some nice jumping pics and then headed to the lake. Again, it was beautiful, but I was reluctant to swim too much as it was freezing and I preferred to just sit on the side. Although by this stage I had no towel as it had literally disappeared off the face of the earth - I went to the ...

... Polly was upset and I was pretty fuming at this point. They clearly knew this would be the case and yet left it until the last minute to tell us as they knew we would be bothered by it.
I hate complaining about these things, but this was a bit of a ********* and I really didn't want to be on a separate trip from everyone else we knew. If I had known we'd be with the other hostel I could have at least got Rachel to book with them too, so it was a joke. So I went back to ...

I returned to the hostel and watched some stupid movie that someone had put on in the cinema room, and then headed onto the beach, where I simply kept going, as there was nothing much else to do. Eventually made it all the way to the library and onwards to McDonalds (yes, at the bloody bus depot) where I attempted to remain calm while trying to read my emails using their slow wifi. I gave ...
