I got ready to bed, turned on Castle and have no idea how it turned out. I never even heard Jerry come to bed and I don't know who won the game! Good night ...

Previous trivia question: What is the difference between ice cream & gelato?

Answer: Ice Cream is made with High Fructose Corn Syrup, heavy cream and 20-40% milk fat. It is also expanded 40-80% and frozen for long periods. Gelato is typically made daily with 4-5% milk only. It is much more dense, so while lower in overall fat it tastes at least at rich.

Tom- Apparently eggs are used in custard based Gelato's, but not ...
