We had a great day touring St. Augustine, the oldest European city in the United States. We took the trolley around and really enjoyed seeing this beautiful city. Yesterday it rained all day but today was clear if a little cool.

Never knew that the history of United States really started here. This colony started before Jamestown. Ponce de Leon was not looking for the Fountain of Youth, he was looking for gold for the King of Spain.

... Castillo De San Marcos we went back into time. To the time of piracy through a playful museum. The museum held the largest collection of pirate artifacts in the world. We saw 1 of 2 last remaining Jolly Roger flags. They also had the last remaining pirate chest. The chest last belonged to Captain Thomas Tew. At the end of the museum they even threw in some movie memorabilia.
