    OK so this is my first post on this site.
    Here are our stats for today.
    Left Oceanport at 8:45am and arrived in Sandusky, OH at 6:45pm.
    We traveled 545 miles on I-80 and it was a long and hot ride.
    Tomorrow is Chicago which is 250 miles, so an easy ride compared to today.

    ... before the ferry left. We then got picked up in Sandusky to get to Toledo...
    The first part of our trip is over, here are some stats:
    -Approximately 1300km (800 miles)
    -Average of 20$/day (including food, ferries, ice creams, and the rest)
    -Falls: Marie = 2, Lucas = 1
    -Flat tires: Marie = 0, Lucas = 5

    Departure to the wide wild west is scheduled for the 27th of July.

    ... early due to torrential rain! We ended up packing up a bit early, we headed to a shelter for breakfast and then got back on the road. We were lucky that although some tents got wet, some areas of the campsite were almost completely flooded! We are now driving to Chicago, so a long day on the road with a stop at an Amish town for lunch. State count- 4: - New York - New Jersey - Pennsylvania - ...

    In 3 weeks we leave from Vermilion, OH, driving Dan's Ford F350 truck, to pick up our fifth wheel trailer which is stored in Huntsville, AL. Hopefully the weather will be good March 15th when we leave. At least it'll be better than the ...
