I've read to many things about blood clots from sitting to long so I'm trying to get the blood circulating a bit early:) I'm pretty sure jumping jacks will not be acceptable on the plane. Qatar Airline Stewardesses are dressed impeccably. They are all in uniforms, make-up perfect (a bit to much I think) , hair perfect with cute little hats and fake smiles for days. Zac was painfully hungover, but still managed to drag himself out of bed at 11. We took ketchup for a play in a nearby park, that we walked through for about 3ks before heading back along the river.
