... we weren't supposed to know that EVERYTHING was closed on a Sunday here! So with that we got back in the car and set off for the other towns we had in mind to see over the next few days.

Within an hour we had seen the towns of Lenox, Stockbridge, Great Barrington and Lee - ok, so maybe we didn't anticipate how small and sleepy these towns actually were!

... bar counter and tables and chairs were amazing. The bar was set up overlooking the Hudson, and the band played in an open building (these are both covered of course!) a small distance from the bar. We found John and Tricia to be very generous with there time and extremely gracious hosts during our stay. They actually tried to run us ragged with daily tours of the local ...

... again, no cameras were allowed. BUT, we were still able to get a photo of me with her…have a look (you need to look closely)!

This is an incredible gem of a museum – and I can’t thank Judy and Robert enough, since without their tip we would have missed this totally exhilarating day!
