I had no idea that Cape Cod was this close to Boston, it was a very easy and fast drive. I'm sure that in high season the route we took would be clogged up, however we had it almost to ourselves.

In the spirit of getting the kids out of the house, we packed up the boy cousins and headed to Drummer Boy park, where our phones told us the nearest playground was located.
