Up early. Lots of action in the Village. Nicole was in the 13th Wave to take off. Her number is 1822. Her swim time was 35.05 minutes and she was 11.06 minutes behind the winner. She was placed at 79th.

Full blown north American enthusiasm which is pretty special. I am so proud of him and so happy that we get to do this together. ( not the race of course - the whole experience) it feels like we have been away a long time already and there's more to come yet..... Will keep you ...
