Very nice hostel! I very much enjoyed the clean bathroom and awesome showers after that huge day of traveling. They are some of the nicest bathrooms I have seen at a hostel. The staff was very friendly and made it easy for us despite our late check in.

Great little hostel with a couple of rooms and nice Roof terrace. Good tips and infos in the reception area. Short distance to MRT station and most importantly... great Aircon!

Singapore is amazing! we only had 3 nights here but we packed a lot of sight seeing in! When we checked into the hostel, we headed straight to lavender hawker centre which is a food court near to the hostel. It was full of locals and dishes from all over Asia. The food did not disappoint in taste or cost, we both ate dumplings, edamame, hairy …

The week before Halloween was filled with Spirit Week, different days of dressing up. Monday was crazy clothes day and I wore a t-shirt and a tie, because I am soooooo crazy. Tuesday was international day so I wore blue jeans, sneakers and a Star Wars t-shirt, nothing says America like casual clothes. Wednesday was crazy sock day so I wore one baby …

Time to leave and get back the city and we choose to go back with the cable car _The view is of  expensive water resorts with all kinds of water slides and pools. Land of the rich.. wonder how much that cost... _ back to our $50 rooms hahahaahah well that is ok... we have all a good bed to sleep in. We headed to this place that has 3 very tall buildings and on top they are joined by ...

          Hello Singapore!

... over many people said that that was a great place to shop. I thought they meant it would be a hub of local markets and culture - it wasn't. The whole street (I think about 4km's) was full of high end shops, like Hermes, Gucci, Chanel etc. I felt poor just driving down it but it was fun to look.

I had a relaxed night in front of the telly, couldn't handle much after the heat of the day - but what a first day in Singapore hey!

The other full day Siti and I went to the Japanese and Chinese gardens to start the afternoon. They were pretty and very tranquil although I like the Singapore Botanical Gardens better. The Botanical Gardens are awesome. FYI. After spending ...
