      ... The sausage was ok, but nothing to write home about. They offer a BBQ sauce at the table, but the meat did not need it. The story goes that until a few years ago, they refused to offer a sauce as they felt that it masked the true flavor of their meats, but they had so many customers asking if they had a sauce, that they decided to create one for those that must have a sauce on their meat.

      Dallas to New Braunfels via the San Marcos Outlet Mall We were sad to leave our amazing hotel in Dallas this morning, it was so opulent that even the Queen has stayed there! We checked out & collected our car from the rental place next door. A silver 4 door Chevy Impala is our chariot for the next 2 weeks! Brand new, only 4000 miles on the clock...what a piece ...

      ... three hours in the rain we ended up with nothing. Nancy had another supper waiting for us when we arrived back at the camp. She had prepared pork loin in mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes, mustard greens, and biscuits with southern gravy. Nancy had also made a multilayer dessert which was delicious. Everything was delicious.It rained all night and the thunder and lightning continued. There were tornado warnings for the region near us and one person was killed just west of Texarkana, about ...

      So I arrived back at Cals after buying some new trainers on the way, mine were wrecked! He lives in a wealthy area and the country club he works for give him a house share, free of charge, and it's a very good house! Lucky chap! He lives with two guys, Chris (another tennis coach) and Diego (footy coach). They are currently living the New Braunfels dream! Cal had to coach in the evening so I went along with him, and before he started I had a brief bit of tennis first! ...
