Wine... Finally!
... and there were numerous stray cats. The gardens themselves were quite nice though, and they had funny statues.
Today, we have more sightseeing to do, I have postcards to buy, and then Mom and I are off to a milaga with some girls Fred and I met in Valpo to do some tango dancing. Should be hilarious. I am a notoriously bad dancer, but I'm very excited. And then tomorrow, I should be in my element because Mom and I are watching and then playing Polo!!

Beer, wine and bruises
... were fully booked too, but booking.com came to our rescue and we secured a room in one of the best hotels in town, discounted from £200 to £50. £50 is rather more than we usually pay, but we took this as a good excuse to live it up for one night. It was a lovely boutique hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed (and subsequent analysis of booking.com has showed that leaving it late can quite often reap great discounts, a great lesson learnt).
