Millford Sound visit
... into Kingston which was the head point of the NZ Gold rush in the late 1800's – believe it or not the railway ran from Invergargill to Kingston and duly saw the local stream train! Evening shots are of Lake Te Anau.

Suna, wine and a good old dvd (or maybe not)
We then returned to the campsite in Te Anau where we decided and had a
suana, of course we complained about getting to hot but enjoyed it.
We had a lovely dinner and wine and tryed and failed to watch dvds as they player was broken!We set of early the next day on the way to Queenstown, which wasn't far.

The following day we awoke to the snow coming down but were able to drop the others off ready for their excursion without a problem. They faired better as it turns out they actually got to see the Fiord and the captain even turned off the engine so everyone could appreciate the peace and serenity of the area. Milford Sound
