    ... the centre. We saw the opposite side of Mt Etna that was still covered in snow and clouds. We headed into Cefalu and I did not know what to expect and here we are a lovely seaside old and modern town under a rocky outcrop. The hotel is across the road from a sandy beach on a very nice and tidy shore front area. We checked in and parked in a secure car park. Went and had lunch, Jenny ordered what she thought were similar to prawn cutlets, she ended up with about a kilogram of prawns ...

    ... with amazing views of the harbour (sorry, took photos on the camera and can't get them onto the iPad). This still isn't what I had read about and I think there is another old town further up the hill but we couldn't confirm this or workout how to get there. So, we went to lunch!

    We shared pizza, lasagna and arancini all very yum. Mardi was able to get GF pizza but waited at least half an hour after we had finished which was annoying for ...
