... and sunny. Pete barbecued some hamburger and veggies for an early dinner so we could get to Jimmys football game. They lost again but Jimmy did catch a nice pass. The drama for the day was over Shelbys birthday tomorrow. We thought we were going out but she decided to have something at her house. So I guess that's what we'll do. The tour guide was pretty cool and I learned a lot of interesting facts about the city, as well as heard some cheesy jokes. But, I like cheesy jokes. I got a couple good pics of the skyline. But other than that, it was a little meh. I was really tired by that ...

... we made it to the park and looked at the trails available. This trail was listed as "easy" online and about a 5.9 mile loop. We would come to know this wasn't exactly the case and were wondering who made up that categorization. We planned to hike the entire trail system up 1700' to the stop of Wallace falls, then over to Wallace Lake and back down to the trailhead. We set out for the summit and the trail rose gradually along the river. It could be the most beautiful hike I'd ever ...
