Kids slept well- to 7am.
Weather seemed lousy so it was time to make gingerbread houses as teams. They came up w designs and then "fabricated " them- awards were made for various categories.
Also started the Kersteen Salt Works factory: start some sea water to evaporate making genuine Wellfleet Sea salt.
