... 3 hours from there so we expected to arrive around 6-7 at that point. We figured that should still be ok and off we went. We first got stuck on a small road going up a little hill. A truck had got stuck and we had to wait for a snow plough to clear it, then it and everyone else could go up. Then going up another hill a little further the car in front of us stopped driving and we were confused until we realised their ...

... on the way into Fussen to take photos of the Alps & Schloss Neuschwanstein. It is a spectacular sight perched high in the mountain tops.

We drive into Schwangau to find accomodation. We head to the information centre & Clint rings some places on the accomodation board. He finds us a gorgeous guest house on the outskirts of town. It sure is good now to be back in the more civilised country's of Europe. I
feel so much more safer riding here than those ...

Tracy and I arrived in Munich from Innsbruck, and Munich became our center spot for our travels of the next couple of days. We went to Dachau Concentration Camp, where we learned about the chilling realities and horrors that happened there. We spent all afternoon there, and I feel like we hardly was able to see the full extent of it. It is such a sobering experience, to think of everything that transpired there not that long ago. We walked through the grounds, and took a tour ...

... top. You can hang your head out like a dog but be warned, you may not arrive in one piece due to other trains whizzing by you with no warning and frightening the hell out of you. On our journey we saw the Bavarian Alps for the first time which almost took our breath away. That coupled with the Bavarian medieval architecture they haven't updated since the Middle Ages makes the view absolutely magnificent. We stayed in the little town of Fussen in an old, converted Bavarian farmhouse ...
