    Rte 6 is the 2nd longest continuous highway in USA; from Bishop, CA to Cape Cod. Christmas lights, Christmas carolers, stores and shops have an array of bargains, Christmas vendors on the street, and people dressed in colonial attire. Different events welcoming the Christmas holiday season. You don't want to miss this and parking can be trying, but going early pays dividends. Want to get into the Christmas spirit, this is the way to go. It really is a family affair!

    ... Path trail, which is a 2 miles round trip and is a difficult trail. It descends one mile to the bottom of the Pine Creek Gorge. It was definitely pretty steep in areas, but we enjoyed the good workout. There were some great waterfalls along the trail. It was pretty easy to get to the bottom, but a good workout to get back up to the top. We were able to take Nash with us too so that was a nice little bonus for him. He ...
