Rte 6 is the 2nd longest continuous highway in USA; from Bishop, CA to Cape Cod. This PA scenic portion is 1 rolling hill after another with farm lands interspersed between forests, rivers, small towns of yesterday-year......and vista views of the fall foliage on every ridge. Want to get into the Christmas spirit, this is the way to go. It really is a family affair!

The greenery in June is breathtaking from Colton State Park overlooking miles and miles of timber and mountains. On a clear day as we chose, you can see for miles over the treetops. It is truly a scenic site. If you are hearing, you will ...

    ... down and back up.

After we finished up with the Turkey Path we checked out the store and then hiked the Overlook Trail. The Overlook Trail is only .6 miles, but does have some steep hills to hike down and back up. It is a loop trail that takes you out to the Otter View, a vista looking south down the canyon. Jared lied to all of us and told us that it was just a rim trail and was very flat and even. He was ...
