... found a pull-through spot in the trees at Shenandoah Hills for one night. We will watch the Giants game live over the air because we can't get satellite reception here in the forest.  Fall colors are a little past full but still nice. ... trip because my mom was a wuss. And then another time with my mother for her first time outside! Sadly that time we couldn't stay very long because there was an incident on a friends climbing trip to Seneca, but luckily everybody was okay.

We all woke up about 6 am this morning, well rested and ready to go. After a quick continental breakfast courtesy of Best Western, we had some time to kill before our White House tour. So we were off for one of the most interesting fishing adventures an American angler can have. We loaded up Lowen's pickup with the fishing gear and headed toward the Potomac.
