... a place that has more going on after 5. The south end, Bradenton Beach, has more motels, tourist bars, shops, etc. My guess is there is more going on there in the evening as well. We have been appreciating being able to walk to everything here but we may need to go elsewhere in the evening for some activity. Since it is dark by 6, the beach isn't an option. ... drove to Treasure Island and had a late lunch at the "Caddy", live music on the beach. The band; "Chocolate Covered Cheeries" were quite good. The place was so alive with fun.
Leon and I strolled the beach of Treasure Island after lunch. Surprisingly we found a lot of unusual shells. A few nice big ones. May have to rent a U-Haul to get all these shells back to Kentucky. ...
