Yuck. Missouri. I have never liked it and last night didn't improve my opinion. It rained. All night. The rain was not a soothing rain, but loud on my tent top. Just when I would doze off, another round of energetic splatter would start. Lucas and the kids slept with no problem. This is a large park, but not full at all! It has the most amazing swimming ...

Western in Independence, MO. A name I trust, and generally offers
things as a traveler I need: security, a refrigerator, and free
wi-fi. Solid. I will always stay with Best Western, and would be
willing to do articles about my stay in the future if there were
future opportunities. Thanks for listening to my story. Until
    tomorrow. ...

... ear to ear, I could sense her feeling of accomplishment, and was so proud of her. Regina made good time on her bike, arriving back at transition in 1 hour and 45 minutes and 21 seconds. Meanwhile, I went through a thorough warm-up and self massage routine and watched Hayley enter transition after dominating the cycle portion of her tri. When Regina arrived back at transition, I was waiting for her, and grabbed the timing chip and strapped it to my ankle. After giving her a ...
