... townhouses, apartments, etc. There was an indoor "Leisure Centre" in the complex containing a huge pool and full-service gym, and someone had slapped a hotel on top of it.
Decor was vintage early-1990s and smoking was either still allowed on the premises or had only been banned recently because everything had a faint tobacco odor. However, the indoor pool more than made up for any hotel shortcomings!
