... went to pick it up the horse had already finished it. We came back for dinner and then made some banoffee pie, which is a traditional Irish dessert. A layer of digestives crust ( Irish version of graham crackers), a layer of caramel, sliced bananas, and then a whipped cream topping with shaved chocolate. Definitely making this dessert when I come back to America!!

... think Rocket is practising for his retirement job!. We then spent the evening having a few beers and wine and watching the funniest game show we have seen. Arrived in Skibbereen and walked about 1.5 hours to the manor, a hotel and restaurant surrounded by woodlands. We were tired and it seemed no one expected us. We sat 2-3 hours in the helper gathering room, until Mickie drove us to a room not in use in the Lake Lodge, a good mile from the main house.
