We set off from Victoria this morning with our car packed to the gills and our sights set on a short hop over the water to Vancouver. Our families waved us goodbye as we drove up Joseph St for the last time, and headed for the ferry. The local killer whales must have known we were leaving the west coast, because a pod of them showed up to wave goodbye as well.

Today’s “Where is Harriet” Hunt, finds Harriet in downtown Victoria near the Empress Hotel. Join her and we can walk around town and back to the ship for a late lunch.
