The day was a little cloudy to start so we went exploring. Looked at Mt Pleasant a suburb of Charleston across the Cooper River. Then on to check out Sullivan's Island Beach and Isle of Palms Beaches. We laid on the beach for a while watching the local birds and listening to the wind. Very pleasant. Couldn't get the iPad to take pics as ...

Located in Downtown Charleston near High Battery, the Nathaniel Russell House Museum, 51 Meeting Street, is widely recognized as one of America’s most important neoclassical dwellings. Well Clark and I started out with another adventure today. To start things off our flight got delayed - okay that's not really a biggie. We get on the flight and I promise you that our pilot was doubling the speed limit in the air. We had a nice flight with the exception of Dave listening to songs on my IPad and screaming out Yeah! while listening to Usher. I just knew the Marshall was going to come and tap him on the shoulder but he didn't. My husband - what's ...

... have been to many beaches and think it was my 2nd favourite. It was a long stretch of powder soft sand, clean, and very few people. The water is warn, the waves are perfect for me and there was no seaweed, or rocks. Lola loved it too, it was her first time in the waves and she loved jumping them. Mabel on the other hand is still getting her sea legs. She tends to be a big baby in the water.

      The only bad thing ...
