... him. Sarah is here now, the car is loaded up for the drive to the the airport in Toronto, Ontario. But Wait! Somehow Justin's school books have mysteriously ended up out of his school bag and now need to be dropped off. I wonder how that happened? Off to the school we go for a quick delivery and one really, really last hug. Well the truth be told, I guess I needed that last hug just as much as he wanted it.

Well, here we are in Istanbul - a huge, crowded, busy city where the ancient and the modern are side by side! We arrived on Sat. night & after finding a cab to fit all of us (a common problem we're having!), driving through insane traffic (no one signals - they just beep at each other and all try to get to the tiny open spot 1st - note to self - never drive in Istanbul!), we finally got to our apartment which is in a tiny alley with people sitting on ...

Sun is to break on Saturday, temp will feel like it's 24C (clocking in at 19C -- Turkey's climate sounds remarkably like Southwestern Ontario's - cool) so our first full day in the country is shaping up to be a good one. Especially nice to see given we are doing a walking tour of the old city.
