So we said a sad farewell to LA and headed up the coast to San Francisco. It was a beautiful day so we put the roof down on the Mustang and looked like a right pair of tossers.

... 43 Gallons left and it was dropping, the fuel light was on! We had 3 miles to travel till we got to our final destination, this took roughly 45 minutes to complete it was nuts!!! We made it through the hills and crazy streets and dropped the car off. It was only a short walk to the hotel which we checked into about 5pm. We dumped our stuff then hit the streets and did a little shopping. We're off to Alcatraz tomorrow ...
