    ... food free from corn syrup is a real challenge.

    The Fogcatcher breakfast provided excellent coffee and enough real things to be ok; but the one part which spoilt the whole was the provision of the sort of flimsy plastic cutlery which you know is just not up to the job in hand and revolting mid brown coloured cardboard plates and bowls: the sort they make NHS urine bottles and sick bowls out of.

    ... in 1996. They're been gone for 18 years. There are kids graduating high school that never knew the glory of DZ! Unbelievable. At least we still have Chuck E. Cheese...

    PPS I LOVE MY CAR!!!! As I mentioned before, I got a Fiat 500 as my rental car and it's seriously the most fun car ever. It's tiny, so it makes parallel parking a breeze (which is saying something because I am NOT a seasoned parallel parker..) and it's just so cute! It works ...

    ... a year there, but had only been getting about 2in. She said the pine trees are dying off and they’re hoping for a lot of rain in March. I loved checking out the local art, but most of it was out of my price range.

    Afterwards, Dave and I walked to a little restaurant and talked while I had a glass of wine. We collected our dry laundry and called it a night. The annual sea glass festival is a week away so we’ll unfortunately be missing ...

    ... br> The hotel is pleasant for a stopover, again it has plenty of space in the bedrooms. This evening we're going to eat in an Irish Bar for our last night on tour.


    Ryan, our tour leader, gave us all a postcard he'd made for us with group photos on it and a personal thank you on the back. That was one of a number of nice touches, he has worked very hard for his money.
