My Birthday Beach Fun

Mom and I had a great time relaxing at the beach for a few days. We got in by about 1:30 or so on Sunday. We then had a lazy afternoon getting some food and exploring town a bit. Our inn provided afternoon tea everyday at 3:30. Got the best recipe ever for a new Peanut butter/Chocolate cookie I can't wait to try.

... Delaware River – there appeared to be lots of flood run-off in the water, and the river (which is huge anyway) was totally blown out. Today we decided to have a boat day. We had breakfast and then made some lunches to bring with us on the boat. We loaded up the jeep so mom and dad could drive over to the beach and then the rest of us took both golf carts over to the boat. The kids had tons of fun driving the golf carts.

This morning we got up and ate some breakfast and then headed down to the boat to head out and check the crab pots. We had a good catch and decided to re-bait the crab pots and drop them out again. Then we headed back in to the house to eat lunch and get cleaned up to head back in to Ocean City, MD.
