... heavenly in the cold mountains! The included breakfast was great too, fresh fruit salad, fresh watermelon juice, toast and butter, a large egg omlette and a cup of Tetly tea! We also got all of our clothes washed here which was delightful considering we had been handwashing (probably badly) since way before christmas. ... sun salutation I have ever encountered perhaps 15 seconds for each round, so just over a minute and I was sweating like crazy ! It was a great experience doing the sun salutation to the rising sun and to feel the warmth from the sun above and the concrete roof below my feet. I can see now why dawn and dusk are the best times for yoga practice. I took a longer walk today out as far as the main road where there are some small 'shops'. ...

Latitude: 00*05' S Longitude: 087*47' E Woke up after my best nights sleep on board but ..... Still grumpy today. Not sure why! One argument with voyage crew and permeant crew by the end of breakfast! You can't just ask me to give you drugs before saying good morning to me or me having a cup of tea. Or complain that the shirt that I dried for them (PC are fully able to use the machines themselves) days ago why wasn't it put on a hanger to stop ...
