Friday 9th March

Got up this morning and headed to Victoria station to get my train to Cantebury. Arrived without a problem and just in time for the next train. So after months of preparation, most of which were in relation to Jabula - our trusty Toyota Land Cruiser 100 series. His name means 'happy' in Zulu - and none of which I can take credit for.

I left the UK to ride round Oz on 15/10/2011
I crashed the bike in Ripplebrook on 27/11/2011.
I left hospital for R&R in Upwey on 23/12/2011.
I left Melbourne to fly back to UK on 22/01/2012.
Today was the day that the travel insurance company permitted me to fly home.

My family and friends have been very supportive despite my hiccup.
My wife Liz has been a diamond to me and in return she has a new diamond.
